Lash Loft of Troy is implementing new policies for the salon effective January 1, 2023.

1: PRICE INCREASE

The increase in pricing for services will be in full effect starting January 1, 2023. Please refer back to the website to see these changes reflected in listed prices. All prices are subject to change at my discretion.

2: PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All clients are required to keep a valid debit card or credit card on file with the salon. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or reschedule the day of your appointment, your card will be charged a service fee equaling 50% of the total cost of service(s) you booked that day. If this happens a second time, your card will be charged the full amount for that appointment and you will be asked to pay a deposit in order to book future appointments. If the salon has to reschedule or cancel your appointment for whatever reason, your card will not be charged and you'll be contacted to book a future date for your appointment.

3: SCHEDULING SYSTEM
There is now a salon phone number and text messaging system that all new and existing clients will be required to utilize in conjunction with the website to book or change appointments. Calls and text messages made to the salon will be responded to within a 24-hour period.

NOTE: This means my personal number, Facebook messenger, etc. will no longer be accepted as appropriate communication for booking or canceling appointments.

These policies are implemented to maintain a streamlined and effective operating stance so that stylists and clients can receive respectable timing and value for their money paid for services or services performed.
